December 2019 Update

Dear Backers

I have been busy working on sorting out wiggy's open projects and these books are in hand. My plan is to get them to a PDF stage in early Jan 2020 which means I can send out the PDF's to all you lovely backers.

Once that part is complete I can begin the proofing stage with the printers.

So that is were we are with the project.

Some Bad News

Dear Backers

Rob here the other half of Triple Ace Games.

Wiggy's health has been very poor over the summer and this project has unfortunately fallen behind.

Wiggy suffered a stroke 2 weeks ago which has incapacitated him and at this time we are not sure when he will return to work.

I will be taking on management of all his projects so please bear with me as figure out what needs to be completed on this project.

Some Bad News

Dear Backers

Rob here the other half of Triple Ace Games.  

I wanted to update everyone who backed this project that I will be taking over the management of this project.

Wiggy unfortunately suffered a stroke and he is going to be away from work, writing and social media for some time. I'm not sure when he might be back at this point. 

His health has meant that the project has got a bit behind.

I hope you will all wish him well as he recovers and I am hoping to see him back in a few months time.

Please bear with me as I figure out what needs to be completed on these books. I do know that everything has be written by wiggy. I'll update you all when I have a clear understanding of the project.

All is well

Just a quick update to let you all know that all is well.

Some of the art is still on the way.

The reason we put a September release for these books is because of the art. Our chosen artist for Faeries & Hags works full time as a teacher. We knew this when we hired him and, with the school holidays coming up (another month away in England), we agreed a deadline that would give him time to complete the work during the holidays. All being well - and the artist has never let us down - the images will be finalized in August. Plenty of time to add them to the books ready for September.

The books aren't in editing yet but they are next in the queue. Our editor - and we only have one for Leagues - is slightly behind schedule on the Cthulhu Codicil, which funded before this campaign,but we're aware of the delay. When we're ready, the Walking Dead PDF will still be released early.

Until then, there really isn't much more to say except to repeat that ALL IS WELL.

Goods News and Bad News

Good News

All the art for Walking Dead is now complete! While this allow Wiggy to finish laying out the book, it doesn't mean it jumps the production queue - the Cthulhu Codicil editing comes before any of these products. With any luck GtWD will entering the editing queue in early June. As soon it's done, we'll be able to release the finished PDF to you.

Hags and Faeries will take a longer for the artwork as the artist has a lot more images to produce. We're still well on track for a September release of the printed books, though.

Bad News

As happens, and for reasons beyond our control, several backers were not able to complete their funding of the project. This means we slipped back below the £4500 threshold for the second Hags stretch goal, so the planned additional four pages won't be added to the book.
